• Collaborator: Tech Literacy Network supports the cybersecurity content, participant resources, mentorship and judging for this event.
• Service: an in-person, hands-on AI and cybersecurity educational Build Day for the registered student, including technical instruction, team project work, testing, mentorship and presentations.
• Performance date and place: Sunday, November 15, 2026, 2:30–6:00 PM, at 2180 Itabashi Way, Unit 102, Burlington, Ontario.
• Total amount payable at checkout: C$119.00 CAD per student. No additional tax or checkout fee is added to the C$119 Stripe charge.
• Payment terms: one-time Stripe payment. A seat is confirmed only after successful payment.

Registration & payment

• Registration fee: C$119 per student.
• A registration form submission alone does not reserve a seat.
• A seat is confirmed only after a successful Stripe payment. Stripe displays the payment confirmation after checkout; keep the Stripe confirmation/receipt for your records.
• The event is limited to 15 paid registrations. Stripe checkout is configured to stop accepting completed registrations when that limit is reached.
• The event requires at least 12 paid registrations to proceed.

Refunds & full credit

• Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all monetary refunds issued under our discretionary refund policy are subject to a C$20 non-refundable processing fee.
• Instead of a monetary refund, a family may choose a 100% full credit equal to the amount paid toward another eligible Ultimate Coders Burlington / Triple Stone Learning program.
• If this Build Day does not proceed because the 12-paid-registration minimum is not reached, registered families will be offered a monetary refund less the C$20 processing fee or 100% full credit, except to the extent a different refund is required by applicable law.
• Choosing full credit avoids the C$20 processing deduction because no monetary refund is issued.
• Nothing in these terms limits or waives consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Event changes

Registered families will be contacted if the event status, schedule or delivery arrangements materially change. The refund / credit options above apply whenever a monetary refund is issued for this registration.
